When I moved to New York, I was searching for more than just a new life - I was searching for belonging.
What I found was the power of community. Fitness became my way to bring people together, to create a space where every identity, every body, and every story is seen and celebrated.
My mission now is simple: to help LGBTQ+ individuals build strength, confidence and connection without fear of judgment or exclusion. Because movement should feel like freedom.
